Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Who we are

The Feasify scheduling API and the account site at this domain are operated by WiseBits Limited, a company registered in Ireland under number 578282 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who creates an account or sends requests to the service.

The service is offered for business use only. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession and not as a consumer, and that where you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to bind it.

Questions about these terms: support@feasify.dev.

2. Accounts and credentials

An account is identified by an email address. API keys are shown once, when they are issued, and cannot be recovered afterwards — if a key is lost, issue a new one and revoke the old. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential and for all activity carried out with them.

3. The service

The service takes a complete scheduling problem, solves it under the rules you supply, and returns an assignment. It is not a store of record. You keep your own copy of everything you send and everything you receive; we are not a backup, an archive, or the authoritative source for your schedules.

We aim to keep the service continuously available. We monitor it, and we keep planned maintenance brief and infrequent. Interruptions are still possible — maintenance, capacity, and failures at the providers we depend on — so these terms do not carry a contractual uptime guarantee. If you need a committed service level, talk to us.

4. What a subscription buys

A subscription buys capacity, in two separable parts:

  • Size — how large any single scheduling problem may be.
  • Concurrency — how much work may run at the same time. Additional concurrent capacity may be offered with a plan.

Throughput figures we publish are ceilings, not guarantees. They are stated as “up to” because a request that takes longer to solve occupies its capacity for longer, so the rate you actually achieve depends on the problems you send. Requests within the capacity you hold are served; requests beyond it are queued or refused. Exceeding your capacity is never billed as an overage.

5. How you may use the service

Within the capacity you have bought, how you use the service is your business. Scheduling your own workforce, building the service into a product of your own, scheduling on behalf of your customers, covering several departments, sites, or companies — all of it is a supported use. We do not ask, and do not meter, whose schedules these are.

What is not permitted is abuse: obtaining capacity without paying for it, interfering with the service or with other customers’ use of it, unlawful use, and use that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.

6. Your data

We do not ask for employee names, and we do not want them. People are described to the service by identifiers that you choose, alongside the scheduling attributes needed to solve — availability, preferences, limits, skills. The service has no field for a name, an email address, or any other personal identifier, and data it does not recognise is refused rather than stored.

Use your own internal identifiers. The identifier is free text and we never inspect what it contains, which means you can put a name in it. Whether you do is your decision, and the consequences of that decision are yours.

If you use your own internal identifiers, only you can link a record to a person. We hold no mapping, and no way to obtain one. The data is personal data either way, and we handle it as a processor on your behalf.

We keep your account details and a record of your usage — how many requests, how large, how long they took — because billing and capacity management require it. The requests you send, and the answers we return, are held only transiently: long enough to do the work and for you to collect the result, and then deleted. They are never written to our durable database. Current retention windows are published in the API documentation.

We use a small number of providers to run the service: a payment processor (Stripe), which holds your billing identity and payment details; an optional sign-in provider (Google), if you choose to sign in that way; and an email delivery provider (Resend), for sign-in codes and account notices.

7. Billing

Paid periods are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. A plan may include a trial; the storefront says whether it does, and what happens when the trial ends. The currency is fixed when the subscription is created and cannot be changed afterwards; moving to a different currency requires a new subscription.

Increases in capacity take effect immediately and are charged for the remainder of the current period. Reductions take effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for until then. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period, or to the end of a trial if you are in one. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse as described above, or for non-payment. On termination, your account data is deleted; requests and results have already expired under the retention described above.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them. If you do not, cancel before the change applies.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. A schedule we return is a proposal under the rules you supplied; deciding whether it is lawful, safe, and appropriate for the people it covers is your responsibility, including compliance with employment law and collective agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the service.
